24 Hour Supervision & Support
All Behavioral Health Technicians on staff receive supervision and clinical oversight from our Behavioral Health Professional, Registered Nurse, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Dietician.
Individual & Group Counseling
Trauma-informed care is a change of perspective. It is not what is wrong with a person. It is what happened to him or her. We offer our clients inclusive therapy where we work from the inside-out at resolving circumstances.
On Site Primary Care Physician & Psychiatric Services
All nursing services are provided by our registered nurse (RN). All services are provided by licensed Physicians to ensure all residents are physically and mentally in good health.
American Indian Integrated Treatment
Cultural Values have a special place in our practices. We are all working together against drug addiction and traumatic dispositions that exist within our Native American communities.

On Site Primary Care Physician & Psychiatric Services
All residents are set on a schedule for regular visits with our Primary Care Physician & Psych Care.
Behavioral Health Technicians monitor and offer assistance in self-administration of medication.
Infinity Groups Homes, LLC will provide transportation assistance to appointment off-site, if needed.
Qualified personnel assist residents with medication management and supportive education.

Infinity Groups Homes, LLC offers a safe and clean living environment for all residents with food preparation facilities and access to treatment services.
Bathing, hygiene products provided upon admitted arrival.
Three home-cooked meals and two snacks daily.
Furnished bedrooms with televisions, satellite TV available to all residents.
